InqScribe Supported

Export directly within InqScribe

Spruce STL is one of InqScribe's built-in export options. It is a fairly straightforward and readable text-based format supported by DVD Studio Pro. Timecodes are always formatted using 30 fps.

Here's how to export:

  1. Launch InqScribe and open up your transcript
  2. Select "File > Export > Spruce STL..."
  3. Use the Commands field to insert any desired STL commands. Otherwise, just leave this section blank.
  4. Name your file and select a save destination
  5. Select the "Advanced..." button to choose the Text Encoding and Line Endings
  6. Click "Export"
